Terms and Conditions *

Permissions *

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and own full rights over the manuscript (and/or have authority to have it edited).

Booking Fee *

I agree to pay the non-refundable booking fee (that will be deducted from the final invoice) within three days of submitting this form.

Project Fees *

I agree to the fee applied to the project and confirm that I have sufficient funds to pay the full fee as quoted by Manda Waller (or will have by the time the invoices become due).

Cancellation Policy *

I agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Document Provision *

I agree to supply the document file at least 24 hours before the agreed start date.
